WEDDING STYLING PACKAGE

  • Our styling package is a bespoke creation, designed in collaboration with you, to represent you & your love story. Discover our signature styling aesthetic which evokes romantic, warm & inviting designs. Through texture, florals & colour, we know how to create emotion within our designs, to create your dream day that you and your family & friends will cherish for years to come.

  • -Bespoke mood board/styling brief

    -Booking & Co-ordination of other styling vendors

    -2 x stylists on the day of your wedding

    -pack down of styling items after your wedding

  • BEFORE THE DAY:

    -Customised mood board/design brief to visually display the styling aesthetic for your wedding day along with a list of styling items to be used.

    -Co-ordination of your florist, additional hire (from other companies, if required) & stationery, from quotation & booking, through to on the day

    -1 x meeting 8-weeks prior to your wedding day to finalise all styling elements and talk through the flow of your day

    -Assistance with your floorplan of your reception to ensure we create the perfect flow

    -Phone call and/or email support in the lead up to your day to answer any questions and offer advice

    ON THE DAY:

    -1 x head stylist & 1 x assistant stylist on the day of your wedding for 6 hours

    -Travel to and from the venue

    -Pack down of all Lovers Lane items at the conclusion of your wedding (and any other styling items as agreed upon prior)

    -Cleaning of all Lovers Lane items after use

WEDDING CO-ORDINATION PACKAGE

  • Our wedding co-ordination provides a detailed professional service to take the stress away from you in the lead up and on the day of your wedding. We will create your run sheet and event brief, which is distributed to all vendors. We will be the contact person in the lead up to your day, to answer any logistical questions, through to on the day, where we will be there to oversee the bump in of all vendors, assist with set up of small styling items, right through to when your loved ones arrive, to ensure all runs seamlessly.

  • -initial consultation & vendor handover

    -run sheet creation & distrIBUTION to all vendors

    -professional event brief & distIBUTION to all vendors

    -8-hours on the day co-ordination

    -manage bump in of all vendors

    -set up of small decor items

  • BEFORE THE DAY:

    -1 x meeting at 8-weeks prior to your wedding, to handover vendor information

    -Creation of your run sheet for the day & distribution to all vendors

    -Creation of a professional event brief & distribution to all vendors

    -Point of contact for all vendors in the lead up to your wedding day

    -Available for phone and email correspondence from 8 weeks to your wedding day, for any questions or advice

    ON THE DAY:

    -8-hours on the day co-ordination

    -Manage & oversee the bump in & the setup of styling vendors, such as your Lovers Lane designer/stylist, florist, cake supplier, furniture, decor hire and stationery

    -Supervising supplier’s set-up to ensure your day is executed as planned

    -Assist with overall guest management such as welcoming and ushering guests

    -Set up of stationery/signage (i.e menus/welcome sign), wedding favours, wishing well

    -Repurpose small items from ceremony to reception (if required)

    -Included travel to and from venue (Hunter Valley, surcharge may apply for longer travel)

what is a wedding stylist & why should i invest in one?

we like to think of a wedding stylist as the interior designer of your wedding. They design the overall look and feel of the day, from visual mood boards or design briefs, co-ordination of other aesthetics related vendors, right through to on the day designing & styling.

some of the things that we do, include:

  • WORK CLOSELY WITH YOU TO create your UNIQUE, dream aesthetics design for your DAY.

  • Create your mood boardS and STYLING brief, showcasing the breakdown of all aesthetics styling for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

  • Co-ordinate YOUR other styling suppliers (i.e florist, stationary), to ensure all aesthetics are seamless & TAKE THE STRESS AWAY FROM YOU DEALING WITH MULTIPLE VENDORS.

  • conduct site visits to your venue (with our tape measure in hand!), to ensure we are familiar with the space and floorplans

  • be available for emails/calls as required leading up to your day

  • offer style/hire styling items readily available for you, from our own extensive and ever growing hire collection

  • Source specific items for you on request (should we not have in our hire collection)

  • Most importantly, style your big day! With our 1 X HEAD designer and 1 x styling assistant

  • Be there after the day to pack-down your styling

  • clean all LOVERS LANE items after use.

Do you have your own items to use when styling, or do i have to source myself?

We have an extensive and ever-growing hire range available to use with our styling services. We also offer you a discount off of our hire range, when you book our styling services. We will help you in selecting the right styling pieces for your day, based on your dream aesthetic and mood board that we will create. If we don’t have a specific item you are looking for, we can look at sourcing for you. often other stylists outsource all of their styling items which can mean more expensive hire pricing, and a longer process of finding the right pieces for you.

i have booked my florist, can i also book a wedding stylist?

Of course! Wedding stylists and florists go hand in hand, and together make your special day next level beautiful! If you are still looking for your florist, we can recommend some amazing florists that we love to work with, & our styling and hire collection go perfectly with!

what are some of the things that effect your pricing for your wedding styling services?

Some of the main factors to take into consideration when looking at a wedding stylists’ pricing are:

  • Travel required to and from venue

  • The time it takes to pack all furniture/decor into and out of our van

  • how many stylists / team members needed on the day to bring the vision to life

  • How long it may take to set up (depending on guest numbers, venue, amount of furniture/decor etc)

  • How much time the venue permits for us to set up (the less time we are permitted, the more staff required)

  • Site visits prior to the day

  • Bump out (pack down)
